The successful candidate will be part of the Global FP&A ("Financial Planning & Analysis") team and will work closely with the leadership team and finance teams both locally and globally, sharing knowledge and actively collaborating to drive continuous performance improvement towards business goals and targets.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong business acumen, data storytelling skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Financing Planning & Forecasting
- Support Annual and Quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units.
- Manage and coordinate company-wide Annual & Quarterly OKR processes, serving as project manager to ensure cross-functional goal-setting and accountability.
- Partner with department heads (Sales, Ops, HR, etc.) to translate operational plans into financial outcomes, enabling capacity and resource planning.
Corporate Finance & Investment Support
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, pricing, resource allocation, investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities or experimental initiatives from a financial lens, providing risk-return and sensitivity analysis.
- Support investor & investment management workstreams, board reporting and ad hoc investor analysis
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze business performance and financial results, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Build and communicate narratives to the C-Suite and business leaders, highlighting key business trends, underlying performance, actionable insights and impact of specific investments / experimental projects
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
Strategic Workstreams
- Partner with the CEO, Global Head of Finance, and senior leadership on cross-functional strategic projects, including cost transformation, new business initiatives, and investment tracking.
- Contribute to investor and capital management workstreams as needed, supporting data preparation, storyboarding, and insight generation.
- Enhance and streamline FP&A processes and tools, and finance reporting architecture for better scalability, accuracy and meaningful business analysis.
- Champion the use of technology and best practices to streamline financial planning, tracking, and performance measurement.
Skills Required
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while also diving deep into data when needed.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building dynamic financial models.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and operational levers that drive performance.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Business Partnering: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Project & Time Management: Able to independently manage end-to-end ownership of projects, balancing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis, preferably in high-growth or dynamic industries., ideally in a combination of Big 4 audit and startup environment
- Degree in Accounting, Actuarial, Business Management, Economics or relevant experience, preferably with a focus on Finance or Accounting
- Hands-on, able to deal with complexities within a fluid work environment
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Knowledge of financial reporting will be preferred
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
