What you will be responsible for:
- Prepare full set of accounts for multiple entities. Maintain and update general ledger accounts, oversee the daily accounting operations of the business, including revenue, expenses, and cost allocations.
- Prepare and review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide support for year-end group audit processes
- Responsible for local statutory audit, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and provide support during external audit including preparation of financial statement for single entity.
- Perform Intercompany cross charge
- Liaise with corporate secretary on filing of the audited financial statement to ACRA
- Other duties as assigned including process improvement and optimization project and participate in implementation and enhancement of the ERP system and any other Company wide projects.
How you will stand out:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing or Accounting in a manufacturing environment or Public Accounting firm
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting standards (USAAP. IFRS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
