ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

1.    AR Retail Sales, Collection & Reconciliation

2.   AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, Collection & Reconciliation

3.   Bank Statement Reconciliation & Reporting

4.   Back-End Collection Creation & Refund Processing


FINANCE SUPPORT & REPORTING

1.    Reports & Support / Liaise with HQ Korea

2.    Cashflow & Bank matters

3.    General Insurance Coverage

4.    Payment Terminals Arrangement & Follow-up

5.    Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects assigned



Requirements
  1. Must able to read, speak / write / translate between English and Korean language (professional level) to communicate and compile Finance related reports to HQ in South Korea
  2. Fresh Diploma or Degree Graduates are welcomed to apply
  3. Degree in Accounting / Business
  4. Meticulous and analytical
  5. Business acumen & Finance savvy
  6. Intermediate or advance level competency in MS Excel
