Job Description
Expectations of a Media Billing Manager
Manage operation process and lead a team, including but not limited to:
- On-boarding of new suppliers and clients
- Jobs monitoring and analysis
- Oversees team’s responsibilities.
- Revenue recognition and reconciliation of WIP account. Review completeness and accuracy once posted in ERP System
- Resolve issues with relevant stakeholders e.g. vendors, clients, Business and shared service teams
- Regular meeting with Stakeholders
- Billing status monitoring and reporting
- Ensure billing completion before end of following month activities
- Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Support on audit requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience with at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or qualified professional certification
- Prior hands-on experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivables/Billing operations for media industry an advantage, but not mandatory as training would be provided
- Strong in numbers and intermediate in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot table and v-lookup)
- Analytical, meticulous with a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard
- A team player with an action-oriented mindset, who can work with minimal supervision
- Eager to learn and to be an expert on billing tools and system
