  • Support the safeguarding of customer funds and the preparation of regulatory returns across licensed markets
  • Maintain internal controls and documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings and compliance deadlines, working with external auditors, tax advisers and corporate secretaries
  • Track key business metrics such as margins and cost to serve, and support budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitor vendor spending and support cost control initiatives
  • Supervise and guide finance operations staff, and improve processes and automation as the business scales

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally with a foundation in external audit or assurance
  • An accounting qualification such as CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA or equivalent is highly beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, statutory audits and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with high-volume transaction reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for working with large datasets
  • Experience in payments, fintech, e-money or financial services is an advantage
  • Familiarity with payments licensing and safeguarding requirements in the region is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL, or willingness to pick it up, is an advantage
  • Supervisory experience, or readiness to guide junior team members
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines and a problem-solving mindset

Benefits
  • Broad exposure to a regulated, multi-entity finance function
  • Learning and development support, including professional membership sponsorship
  • Comprehensive medical coverage and flexible work arrangements
  • Career growth opportunities as the finance function expands
