Job DescriptionWithin the Finance team, your main mission will be to support daily finance operations and administrative activities while gaining valuable exposure to financial processes within a dynamic and international environment.
Working closely with the Finance team, you will contribute to the efficient execution of finance activities while developing your knowledge of financial controls, accounts payable processes and administrative coordination.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the verification of employee expense claims and petty cash submissions to ensure compliance with company policies
- Assisting in the review and validation of invoices, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and purchase orders are in place
- Supporting the preparation of payment vouchers and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with the review and reconciliation of boutique-related invoices and supporting documentation
- Supporting the monitoring of incoming payments, including credit card settlements and customer transfers
- Assisting the Finance team with stock take activities and periodic inventory exercises
- Supporting the preparation of documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews
- Maintaining accurate filing, scanning and archiving of finance documents
- Assisting with the organization and upkeep of finance records and storage areas
- Providing administrative support to the Finance team and contributing to ad hoc projects and assignments when required
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn financial processes and controls
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous internship or exposure to finance, accounting or administrative functions would be an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
