As the Finance Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager, based in Singapore and work closely with the rest of the Financial Control team, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Main projects would involve business transformation:
- Develop dashboards (using Power BI or Excel tools) to summarise financial information.
- Work on continued process improvement and exploring technological solutions to increase efficiency.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist as needed with providing accounting advice to the business and other finance teams.
- Conduct variance analysis on historical data to explain differences and present findings.
- Support the implementation of financial controls and assisting policy documentation.
- Assist as needed with providing accounting advice to the business and other finance teams.
- Other ad hoc projects where required.

Requirements
- We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science) who are eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience and develop their professional skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Detail oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
