The PositionAs the Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) - Performance Management, you will be a key strategic collaborator for our Commercial and Supply Chain teams across Central America and the Caribbean.
You will transform financial data into deep insights that guide our Leadership Team toward achieving our organizational objectives.
The Opportunity
1. Financial Analysis and Performance Management Skills
Profitability Analysis: Advanced ability to monitor, analyze, and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L), Gross Profit, and Deal Profit.
Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Ability to work with monthly sales forecasts and conduct analyses that consider the financial effect of operational variables (e.g., installation dates, FOC, OPEX).
Expense Management (OPEX): Experience in tracking and controlling Operational Expenditures.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to transform financial data into deep country-level insights to guide the organization toward achieving its objectives.
Attention to Detail: Necessary for accurate monitoring of performance against targets and for tracking activities.
2. Business Partnering and Communication Skills
Business Partnering: Ability to closely collaborate with and serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technical Service teams.
Communication and Influence: Capability to present and communicate complex results and insights clearly and concisely to the Leadership Team (LT) and other stakeholders.
Advising and Guidance: Ability to guide business teams in achieving expected sales/profitability targets and advise on deviations and corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Skill in working with other FEPs, FXP, and teams from various countries to achieve organizational goals.
3. Project and Process Management Skills
Project Management: Capability to lead and manage specific projects with clear deliverables (e.g., Placements vs Forecast, FOC Drop Shipment).
Process Design and Implementation: Ability to design and implement new or improved processes (e.g., process for tracking the financial effect of installations).
Data Handling and Visualization: Capability to prepare data and develop tracking tools such as Dashboards to monitor performance.
4. Artificial Intelligence: Basics of Artificial Intelligence as a tool for decision making and communication.
Who you are
- You hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- You possess advanced expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and forecasting within a complex business environment.
- You are a proactive business partner with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial insights clearly.
- You demonstrate a strategic mindset, looking beyond the numbers to drive ideas that improve financial impact and efficiency.
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to record and communicate accurately in both languages.
Preferred
Experience in leading cross-functional projects with clear financial deliverables.

The position could be based in Panamá, Guatemala or Costa Rica.
