Your Mission
We are seeking a Finance Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Financial Operations team. You will report to the Director of Financial Operations APAC & Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly fees by collecting and analyzing data for monthly assessments
- Handle monthly invoicing: preparation, distribution, collection
- Manage daily merchant correspondence, addressing internal and client emails
- Update and check the system for fees
- Maintain the database, ensuring accurate and timely updates of various data types
- Monitor balances, track overdraft accounts, and notify customers for settlement
- Configure fees as per the agreement
- Perform balance reconciliation
- Prepare and verify payments to merchants and suppliers
- Conduct revenue analyses
- Execute data reconciliation
- Maintain daily direct contact with Banks and Merchants
Qualifications
- University diploma (a degree in Finance or Economics is an advantage)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
