We’re
looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial support to
enable business performance, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
- Manage
core finance functions including accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and
compliance;
- Partner
with business teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making;
- Lead
finance systems enhancements and process optimisation, including ERP
initiatives;
- Coordinate
with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on audit and tax matters;
- Monitor
regulatory developments and support implementation of group finance initiatives;
- Support
board and leadership meetings through preparation of materials and reporting;
- Deliver
financial analysis for projects, modelling, and other initiatives;
- Develop
and mentor the finance team to strengthen capabilities and succession
readiness.
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline, with recognised professional
certifications;
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a similar
sector.
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation,
and international transactions.
- Experience in financial modelling and proficiency in ERP systems;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
- Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment.
