This role will be a key interface between Finance and the business, providing strategic financial insight, driving performance management, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role partners with business leaders across respective departments to ensure delivery of financial and operational targets and sustainable growth within the insurance business.

This role partners with business leaders across respective departments to ensure delivery of financial and operational targets and sustainable growth within the insurance business.

Job Description:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders including C-suite level as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Lead financial analysis of business performance, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forward-looking insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for designated business areas, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, product launches, and transformation projects.
  • Prepare high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and commentary for management and executive review.
  • Continuously enhance reporting processes, analytical tools, and performance measurement frameworks within the Finance Performance Management team.
  • Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management across business areas.

Working Experience

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, performance management, or business partnering, ideally within the life insurance industry.

Education

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or other professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA
  • Degree in Actuarial
