Job Description Summary

The Finance Assistant supports the Finance Department in day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. This role involves assisting in accounts management, documentation, and administrative tasks to maintain smooth financial operations.

About the job:

  • Handling phone calls and emails for Finance matters
  • Review of monthly notices from HCL, printer artwork approval & communicate with HCL & printer
  • Monthly Journals and reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
  • Property Tax preparation
  • Assist in Income Tax preparation

About you:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting preferred (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
