Finance Assistant (Singapore - 6-month Fixed-Term)

We are currently looking for Finance Assistant to support our Finance team in Singapore on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support the Finance Department with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling financial tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a global environment!
Key duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for sales order creation, preparing billing plan, and invoicing for entities assigned.
• Responsible for account receivable and account payable tasks.
• Assist in reconciliation for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare cash and AR reporting.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements and qualifications
Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in an international company
• Technical Skills:
  • SAP Business One knowledge
• Language skills:
  • Proficiency in English
• Personal Skills:
  • Availability and willingness to be involved in new tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
