About You

You will be responsible to manage a service portfolio assigned and a team of service engineers and technicians in day-to-day operations and ensure the productivity of the team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a full understanding of service customer requirements as well as competitors’ knowledge to manage Service Portfolio effectively and efficiently

  • Visit sites and meet customers to ensure our services are excellent and address non-performance, whenever necessary

  • To review measure and monitor breakdown / callback rate of delegated zone

  • Monitor equipment maintenance performance, action plan to improve call back rate and reduce customer complaints

  • Prepare regular status update on service performance

  • Lead troubleshooting and technical solution to ensure lifts and escalators are in tip-top conditions

  • Handle daily administration and technical matter in maintenance services

  • Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety activities and prepare field operations for safety audits and inspection, execution and closure of audit findings

  • Strong adherence to the company rules and regulations on ethics, safety and controls

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines

  • At least 5 years supervisory work experience in a service, repairs or maintenance function within the elevators industry

  • Excellent stakeholders management, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and ensure deliverables within timeline

  • A leader and a team player, enjoy fast and dynamic multicultural work environment
