The Field Operations Manager, Analytics & Tech serves as the point-of-contact for the regional field marketing team, providing support on analytics, lead routing, and QA. 

This role owns and manages key processes, workflows, and data sources including performance & cost tracking and QA, all of which ensure the APAC Field team executes campaigns efficiently and effectively. This role increases the capacity of the APAC Field Team to generate pipeline and reduces costly errors related to campaign production.

Responsibilities include reporting and insight into regional performance, monitoring and optimizing key processes like lead routing, and ensuring quality standards across field campaigns. You will work closely with the field marketing teams and wider marketing operations team to ensure all field motions are effective, consistent, and on budget. This role reports into the Director of Marketing Operations, TechOps.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to person for all things analytics and reporting for the global field marketing organization. Proactively surface insights to improve and optimize field marketing performance. 
  • Exhibit curiosity about our data. While direct requests may often involve answering who, what and where questions about our marketing performance, we want you to adopt a problem-solving mentality that seeks to answer why.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our Marketing Operations processes and MarTech stack to serve as a point of contact for the field marketing team seeking to understand the reporting backend while also contributing to improvements at every stage.
  • Revamp old and create new processes and ways of working for our field marketers, both globally and regionally. Drive adoption and compliance of new processes and standards within the field marketing team.
  • Establish, manage and automate QA processes.Drive error reduction and continuous improvement of campaigns. Monitor and improve campaign quality.
  • Ensure that the field marketing team comply with all standards, templates and processes established by Marketing Operations including email and landing page creation, lead routing and segmentation.
Who You Are:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics or a similar role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, like Metabase and Tableau. Salesforce and Market experience are highly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA tools and automation software; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus. Javascript or C# is a plus.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong background in developing and implementing processes and workflows in a cross-functional, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical teams.
  • Global/Regional Experience: Familiarity with global campaigns and the ability to work with regional teams to ensure local compliance and adaptation.
  • High-Impact Regional & Global Exposure – Partner closely with APAC field marketing teams while influencing global process and analytics improvements, giving you visibility and influence across the entire marketing organization.
  • Technical Skills Expansion – Deepen your expertise in analytics, MarTech, QA automation, and campaign optimization, with hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Metabase, Tableau, and emerging tech.
  • Process Leadership & Innovation – Lead the design and rollout of new workflows and standards that directly improve efficiency, reduce errors, and boost marketing ROI—building a strong foundation for future operational leadership roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and Sales teams worldwide, strengthening your ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Career Development Pathway – Position yourself for advancement into senior marketing operations, analytics, or regional marketing leadership roles through consistent executive visibility and measurable impact on business outcomes.
