The Field Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of various events and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, collaborating with teams, analyzing event performance, and generating reports to improve future efforts.
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead event planning and execution for our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing field events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer-facing activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with SaaS partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive planner, detail-oriented, and able to deliver successful events that align with our business goals.
What you will do:
- Research, register, and execute local trade shows in SEA, Australia, and India to further build Sensor Tower’s brand awareness.
- Plan and initiate events/webinars to enhance our local engagement, extend our network in the mobile and digital marketing industry, and generate leads for our sales pipeline.
- Plan and design efficient events to engage with existing customers, help them explore our products, and increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage event logistics, from venue selection, vendor negotiation, and budgeting to on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with APAC analysts to ensure we deliver the most desired insights for the region. Collaborate with design and other marketing team members to develop event materials, including signage, promotional items, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customer-facing content, including case studies and customer success stories.
- Maintain and expand our partnerships with local media and other SaaS providers in the industry.
- Analyze event performance, collect feedback, and generate post-event reports to evaluate ROI and improve future events.
Experience we’re eager to see
- 5 + years of experience in field and events marketing.
- 3 + years of experience in the mobile industry, digital marketing, digital advertising, and related fields in SaaS companies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, public relations, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to write industry-facing articles.
- Data-driven, able to oversee budgets, develop reports, and optimize event formats to achieve higher ROI.
- Team player with solid cross-team collaboration skills, working closely with sales, BDR, and marketing team members in other regions.
- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm in the mobile industry and digital marketing.
- Based in Singapore and able to travel to other regions of APAC.
