Department OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager, SEA & Emerging Markets, based in Singapore, to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs that drive demand, revenue, and market share through our channel partners.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategic Channel Marketing Leadership:
Define, develop, and lead the overarching channel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global company objectives and aggressive channel sales goals.
Proactively identify and prioritize key channel partners, developing highly customized and innovative marketing programs that cater to their unique needs and target audiences across diverse markets.
Identify emerging opportunities, potential threats, and areas for strategic growth within the channel landscape.
Collaborate extensively with senior sales and channel leadership to deeply understand their priorities, influence strategic direction, and develop integrated marketing programs that significantly accelerate their objectives.
Advanced Program Development & Execution:
Design, implement, and manage a sophisticated portfolio of marketing programs, including: channel enablement and engagement strategies, high-impact incentive programs, large-scale events & trade shows, complex co-marketing initiatives, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, meticulous tracking of expenditures, and robust ROI analysis to demonstrate measurable business impact.
Executive Partner Relationship Management:
Forge and nurture executive-level relationships with key channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic marketing consultant.
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for partners regarding all marketing programs, support, and collaborative opportunities.
Provide regular, high-level communication and strategic updates to partners on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and future plans.
Systematically gather and integrate feedback from partners to continuously refine and elevate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Financial Oversight & Optimization:
Develop, manage, and optimize the comprehensive field marketing budget for all channel programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.
Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor expenses and guarantee programs are delivered within budget and achieve financial targets.
Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure highly competitive pricing and maximize value for marketing investments.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate extensively with internal teams, to ensure seamless alignment, maximize impact, and drive integrated marketing efforts.
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or a related marketing role, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through channels.
Skills:
Mastery of channel marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a forward-thinking approach to market trends.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and expand strong, strategic relationships with key partners at all levels.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Extensive experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis for large-scale marketing programs.
Proven ability to operate autonomously, lead complex projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
