Field Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for Marketing intern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn field marketing offers and tactics , develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, focusing on Commercial Segment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of ASEAN  marketing campaigns on ground  on a range of field marketing tactics, including flagship events, virtual conferences, focus on Commercial Segment

• Operational support and KPI tracking by country / industry by collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI

• Operationalize and track content syndication program for ASEAN, understand paid media requirments and orchestration with ditial team

• ASEAN cross portfolio Newsletter orchestration and reporting

• Assist in Paid Media Programs: Support the execution of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to, display advertising, social media ads and campaigns run with publishers 

• Help in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

• Drive projects on Reporting & Insights together with the marketing data intelligence team and external agencies work on building automation reports across various data platforms -  Datorama, Tableau, Looker studio

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions

• Passion and willingness to support crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns

• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

• Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team.

• Able to commit full time internship from Jan- July 2026
