SUMMARY
To continue the hyper-growth trajectory at Wiz, we’re searching for a Senior Enablement Business Partner to work closely with our executive sales leadership across APJ. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on productivity and scale by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management for key areas of enablement, and liaising with other departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success helping organize, implement, measure and evangelize GTM programs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and align with regional leaders in strategic decision-making, program initiatives and KPI alignment for our APJ region
- Oversee strategic enablement initiatives, from development through successful execution, implementation and adoption in the field
- Serve as liaison between the executive team, sellers, and ecosystem/enablement leaders
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing enablement for all Sales Functions; including live trainings
- Help build, drive and measure key strategic GTM programs; proactively find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, developing plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communication
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency, scale and productivity for the APJ field org
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 10+ years in GTM roles including contributions as a leader, individual contributor (sales rep or sales engineering), and demonstrated leadership
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Technical Selling with demonstrated ability to connect technology to Sales Process
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- Proven success building GTM enablement and Programs
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Currently based in Singapore
