Key Responsibilities
- Facility shift team.
- Day/Night rotate shift is required.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs to ensure detailed operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and upgrade facility infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to determine the condition of facilities and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations strictly.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in facility engineering or management.
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
