Your Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for contractors, visitors, and staff.
- Support onboarding for new starters, including access passes and workspace setups.
- Monitor and respond to facilities requests promptly.
- Oversee office moves, room setups, and furniture adjustments.
- Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshooting before engaging contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct safety checks, maintain compliance, and support emergency readiness.
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a facilities or workplace operations role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to perform minor repairs.
- Confidence managing contractors and service providers.
- Knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
