Serve as the on-site network security technical expert deploying, configuring, and maintaining Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, and Expedition. Lead firewall migrations, provide troubleshooting, incident response, performance tuning, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Tasks
* Serve as the technical expert onsite for all network security-related matters.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Networks security solutions, including NGFW, Panorama, and Expedition.
* Lead and support firewall migration projects, ensuring minimal business disruption.
* Provide ongoing operational support, including troubleshooting, incident response, and performance tuning.
* Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand security requirements and implement best practices.
* Generate technical documentation, reports, and playbooks for implemented solutions.
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or similar role.
* Strong expertise with Palo Alto Networks products – including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Panorama, and Expedition.
* Firewall migration experience is a must.
* Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
* Relevant certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are highly preferred.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Willingness to work onsite at the customer location in Singapore.
