Job Description
-
Provide support for various aspects of corporate planning and development work including formulation of strategies, budgeting and country reviews

Support the setting and tracking of the Business Units’ Balanced Score Card, in partnership with senior management and HODs
-
Assists in organizing and acting as secretariat for management meetings, ensuring key issues discussed are tracked and addressed accordingly
-
Consolidate and synthesize the different sources of primary and secondary information to support Management’s communication with internal and external stakeholders
-
Conducts research on global macroeconomic and real estate trends and their impact on the Group’s business strategies and investment
-
Drive cadence of strategic project meetings and stakeholder engagement to augment the project’s success

Performs analysis and financial modelling to evaluate market and business potential

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
