Job Description
You will be part of our Finance team in CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited (CLASML) and report to Finance manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CLASML.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review management accounts and statutory accounts, including consolidated accounts with full compliance to Group and Singapore Regulatory Financial Reporting requirements and accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies, Group Reporting Guidelines and Codes Definitions
- Review and analysis of financial performance and key performance indicators
- Review and analysis of quarterly forecast and budget
- Manage cash flow planning and forecasting
- Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing
Qualifications
- A good Degree in Accountancy and /or professional qualifications (ACCA or CPA Singapore) in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts consolidation, preferably with exposure in Hospitality and/or fund management industry
- Excellent organizational skills, coupled with strong analytical and reasoning skills
- High level of integrity, strong personal drive and resourcefulness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle and IBM Cognos Controller will be an added advantage
