Job Title: Executive Recruiter
Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Executive Recruiter to lead our senior and leadership hiring globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in hiring C-level, VP, Director, and Principal talent across multiple regions—particularly in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
You will collaborate closely with our founders, senior leadership, and cross-functional heads to drive critical hires in Product, Engineering, GTM, and G&A. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings an exceptional eye for talent, and is confident running complex, high-touch hiring processes independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end executive recruitment for senior roles across functions and geographies
- Partner with leadership to define role scopes, ideal candidate profiles, and assessment frameworks
- Build and execute global sourcing strategies, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience while maintaining speed and rigor in search processes
- Provide market insights and regular hiring updates to stakeholders
- Maintain organized records and reports via the ATS and other recruitment tools
- Collaborate with People Ops on offer management, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding
- Build and nurture pipelines for future leadership roles
What You Bring
- Min 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive/senior-level hiring
- Demonstrated experience hiring internationally (India, US, Dubai & APAC)
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in or recruiting for startups, especially SaaS or tech companies
- Strong communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruiting tools
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and ownership
Preferred
- Prior experience working with or managing retained executive search firms
- Familiarity with equity and startup compensation structures
- Experience in scaling leadership teams at Series A to D stage companies
