- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with car salesmen to garner business submissions
- Handle all enquiries from Business Partners on loan related matters.
- Provide guidance to salesmen on execution of HP documents.
- Ensure that HP agreements are properly executed by hirers for disbursement.
- Build and develop relationships with business partners to seek business opportunities & strengthen relationship with them.
- Ensure fast turnaround time for loans submission and disbursement.
- Ownership of key accounts & manage customers’ expectations on service quality
- Keep abreast of industry news and provide marketing intelligence for planning strategies.
- Comply with policies set by the Bank and MAS.
- Assist in credit processing of HP loans for both individuals & companies.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
- To plan and implement special projects as and when required.
- Work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
