Job Description

Responsibilities:

Overall Functions / support:

  • Corporate admin services & support
    • Includes budgeting & monitoring of expenses for all BUs
    • Fixed Assets (FA) inventorising & reconciliation
    • BCP & EHS
    • Travel management reports
    • Staff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments, etc) & staff exits
    • Involved in team projects such as coordinating with various departments for office A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etc
    • Assist in renewal of IAR / PL /PI insurance for corporate offices / IT facilities
    • Assist in room / visitor bookings and system generated reports for trending monitoring etc
    • Liaising with staff and vendors for printing of letterheads / nametags / office collaterals etc
    • Raising PRs / POs and invoice processing
    • Assists in store administration
    • Backup covers for reception duties and crown-related coordination
  • Facilities management coordination
  • Mailroom & dispatch services support
  • Office security & access card support
  • Pantry services & supplies coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
  • Meticulous and well-organized.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A good team player and willingness to learn.
