Join our team as an Events Executive with one of Singapore’s market leaders in Life Insurance. Position Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute fulfillment procedures for events and non-event projects.
- Manage day-to-day inquiries related to customer and seller campaigns/promotions.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and collaterals.
- Provide campaign support to stakeholders and business partners.
- Initiate and develop event proposals meeting stakeholders’ needs.
- Maintain vendor relationships, including cost and timeline negotiations.
- Manage and oversee events while adhering to budget constraints.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor report results and gift redemptions.
- Engage vendors in line with company procurement guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven event planning experience.
- Strong sense of customer centricity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Photoshop.
- Creative and proactive with good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
