About the role:
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Build and optimize data models, write complex SQL queries, and integrate various data sources into Power BI.
- Leverage Power Automate to automate workflows and notifications across business processes.
- Develop custom Power Apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
- Design KPIs and metrics tailored to business needs, ensuring reports are clear and user-friendly.
- Automate report updates, manage scheduled data refreshes, and ensure the timely delivery of analytics.
- Troubleshoot data issues, debug queries, and continuously improve report quality based on user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to iterate on reports, Power Apps, and workflows to enhance analytics capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Apply best practices in reporting and app development to ensure high-quality, impactful dashboards and applications.
- Support and assist in other Digital Solutions initiatives as directed by Management
About you:
- Expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proficiency with Power Automate to build automated workflows and notifications.
- Experience with Power Apps development for creating custom business applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI security features (row-level security) and best practices in report design.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize query performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in an agile environment.
- Prior experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
