An exciting role within our Customer and Service Excellence team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. You will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.


Please note that we are looking to hire experienced individual who can commit a one (1) year contract role and could commence work within short notice.

Day to Day Activities

  • Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers
  • Achieve meaningful objectives as part of a mission-driven and values-based organisation
  • Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo’s official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat and emails
  • Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required
  • Encourage and influence an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behaviour
  • Dealing with service failure and crisis management

Who We Are Looking For

  • Passionate team member who loves to serve
  • Minimum two (2) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role, preferably with live chat support background
  • Experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
