Drive growth within the Employment Agency distribution channel by acquiring new partners and increasing placement volumes from existing agencies through strong relationship management, high‑quality service, and effective partnership support. Position bolttech Insurance Agency as the preferred Managing Agency partner by maintaining close market engagement, gathering insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics, and responding proactively to partner needs.
You will be responsible for…
- Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new Employment Agency distribution partners to achieve assigned acquisition, placement, and revenue targets.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing Employment Agency partners to position bolttech Insurance Agency as the partner of choice, securing the majority share of their maid insurance placements.
- Actively managing partner portfolios to grow placement volumes, improve retention, and maximize share of wallet.
- Identifying and developing cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth from non‑maid insurance products.
- Maintaining a strong on‑the‑ground presence to gather market intelligence on regulatory changes, partner needs, and competitive activity, enabling timely and effective responses.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing partner support.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage but not required.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales, business development, or account servicing experience; experience in insurance, financial services, or agency‑based environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and capability in sales, relationship management, and achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging external partners.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify basic upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a field‑based sales role.
- Good spoken and written English; good spoken Malay is an advantage but not required.
