Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support Brand Strategy and Development:
• Support strategic brand positioning and competitive analyses to ensure desirability and relevance of various brands.
• Support development of brand curriculum for associates
• Support initiatives to grow brand advocacy and brand equity.
• Support the development and evolution of brand resources, including stories, standards, and guidelines, toolkits and templates, ensuring alignment across global teams and properties.

Oversee Flagship Projects and Brand Pilots:
• Partner with cross-functional teams and country clusters to lead flagship initiatives and brand pilots, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with the overall brand vision.
• Manage Corporate and Brand Campaigns.
• Plan and execute high-impact corporate and brand campaigns (both online and offline) to enhance brand value and visibility.

Act as Brand Guardian:
• Oversee the protection and alignment of intellectual property, brand standards, and corporate identities, including the creation and management of guidelines for stationery, signage, and internal/external communication tools.

Monitor Brand Performance and Insights:
• Analyse and measure brand performance and positioning against competitors, identifying opportunities and challenges to refine strategies and ensure sustained brand growth.

Content and Asset Management:
• Review, curate, and manage brand-related assets such as property images for the Brand Resource Centre and online media library, ensuring relevance and quality.

Website and Digital Content Oversight:
• Lead content management efforts for the brand website, ensuring up-to-date and engaging materials.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branding or marketing, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and campaigns.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various levels and geographies – a confident communicator
• Resourceful and creative.
• Strong command of English and Chinese for communication with the Chinese market.
