About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO and members of the executive team. This person will be a strategic partner, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring alignment across departments, and acting as a force multiplier for leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, thrives in ambiguity, and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CPO, and COO.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Act as a highly proactive partner to executives, anticipating their needs to streamline their day, from managing meeting logistics to ensuring timely arrangements for refreshments and meals.
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-ups to ensure execution.
  • Coordinate company-wide communications, board meetings, and leadership offsites.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project tracking, research, and special initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Be a self starter who can jump in and help in various areas of the business.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior leadership, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
  • High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives at once is a plus

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
