The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Group Executives, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling administrative processes, including procurement and onboarding of new joiners.

PURPOSE
- Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to Group Executives and teams as assigned
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, not limited to calendar management, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, process expenses claims, organize team events, handle end-to-end procurement process, manage new joiners onboarding set-up, edit/format documents, minutes taking
- Liaise with executive assistants of FWD Group of Companies
- Monitor, screen and manage incoming communications
- Provide team coverage as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree holder
- Formal secretarial/management training is an advantage
- At least 10 years of secretarial experience with 5 years in serving Senior Executives
- Good command of written and spoken English
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong communications and inter-personal skills in an international working environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Excellent service mind-set
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in Oracle Procurement/Expenses application is an advantage
