You apply your business acumen to effectively prioritize meetings and work with leaders across 0g to set meaningful context and agendas.
This remote role requires candidates to be based in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
What you’ll accomplishPrioritize meetings effectively based on business needs
Ensure time for heads down work and personal time is built into the executive’s schedule
Determine context and create pre-reads for key meetings
Support presentation creation
Complete ad hoc strategic projects as needed
You’re organized and incredibly detail oriented
You’ve effectively partnered with senior executives in fast paced, highly dynamic environments
You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable interfacing with senior leaders at partner organizations
You’re able to complete a wide range of tasks including everything from organizing travel to updating presentation slides
You have a flexible schedule that enables you to support an executive with frequent global travel
You are fluent in Mandarin, Chinese
