ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Greif's South East Asia GM and APAC GM, based from our Singapore office in the Pioneer sector. This will be a 2 year contractual position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.

  • Schedules group meetings, maintains calendars and manages daily operations.

  • Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.

  • Develops, evaluates and implements office policies and procedures.

  • Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms, reports and documents.

  • Participates in office budget preparation and administration.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the direct executive support of a senior leader or leaders.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to prioritise tasks, agendas, and conflicting requests.

  • Excellent clerical and organisation skills.
