At Doximity, events play a large role in driving new business, shaping our innovation, and strengthening our culture. As the Event Marketing Manager, you will help the Doximity Talent Solutions team make an impact at conferences and advisory boards.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the planning, organization and execution of all internal and external events that our team attends including:
    • 20 industry conferences/year
    • 2 advisory board summits/year
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensure deliverables and milestones are met, and act as the primary point of contact for all events
  • Coordinate and communicate directly with internal teams for event logistics
  • Track event expenses and adhere to dedicated event budget, while identifying ways to maximize impact and minimize costs
  • Manage all collateral and swag needs, including sourcing, inventory, and shipping
  • Manage all vendor relationships including but not limited to exhibit management companies and strategic partners
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote our attendance at each event and establish touchpoints with event attendees
  • Evaluate the success of each event by collecting feedback from attendees, analyzing ROI, and preparing post-event reports to leadership
  • Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends in event management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
  • Self-starter attitude; ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and across internal teams 
  • Flexibility and adaptability with changes in event plans and requirements
  • Experience with budget management 
  • Willingness to travel to a minimum of 20% of all events (3 events/yr) and willingness to be available during all events when not in attendance

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
