Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales trading coverage to clients across the spectrum, including key franchise clients.
- Execute client orders through direct market access and algorithmic trading.
- Manage execution and liquidity, providing execution commentary and color in conjunction with pre and post-trade analytics.
- Support all aspects of the trading desk, including pre-trade analysis and trade processing.
- Leverage technology and analytics for client execution and idea generation.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and being responsive.
- Establish competence with clients around executing trades.
- Understand market drivers and possess a thorough understanding of market fundamentals.
- Employ industry knowledge to interpret news and developments.
- Exhibit sound judgment and integrity under pressure, maintaining composure in challenging environments.
- Ensure all relevant parties are informed of key developments.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a Sales Trading or Trading role within a Cash Equities background.
- Demonstrated competence and experience in covering a range of clients across the spectrum.
- Prior experience in executing cash equities orders and understanding of global DM and EM markets along with associated market structure.
- Familiarity with Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) both pre and post trade.
- Ability to balance analytical and technical skills with proven instinct.
- Understanding of various market variables and their impacts on products.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to defend ideas and tailor messages to different audiences.

- Experience with product development and IT initiatives.
- Ability to evaluate market developments and provide accurate product information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
