Job Overview:
As a Solution Lead specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, you will spearhead projects, oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, and mentor junior consultants. This role involves delivering and optimizing EPM solutions using OneStream/ Oracle platform, focusing on areas such as Consolidation, FP&A, People Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and Unified Business Planning. You will provide expert finance and accounting insights to deliver robust solutions for clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage EPM projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Apply finance and accounting expertise to implement OneStream solutions for Consolidation, Planning, and Marketplace needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in financial applications and systems to drive innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or computer engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with OneStream/ Oracle EPM
- Familiarity with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, EPBCS, Tagetik, or similar EPM tools.
- Strong technical background with a keen interest in emerging technologies and financial systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
