About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. This mid-level role focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, persistent, and ready to build a strong foundation in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales team members.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Research potential clients to understand their business needs and tailor initial communications.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.

  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Attend sales training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and succeed.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, productivity tools, etc, etc

  • Growth mindset, positive attitude, resilience, and a team player mindset.
