Job Description

Wise Platform is enabling businesses to utilise Wise’s payment infrastructure to create amazing payment experiences for their customers. Our APIs power leading global platforms delivering payroll, expense management, invoice payments, and more, to millions of people & businesses globally.

As we continue to grow and scale, we’re looking for an Enterprise Pricing Manager to join our fast growing Pricing team. This will be the teams first pricing role in APAC (Singapore). This role will be reporting into the Finance Lead (based in London), and will focus on taking the Wise Platform pricing framework to the next level in APAC, by working with teams across Sales, Finance, Product and Operations.

Your mission:

  • Own the Wise Platform pricing framework for APAC and help take it to the next level as we onboard new partners, launch new products and grow the team across several countries in APAC

  • Own monthly P&L reviews and drive reprice discussions for the region, based off of recommendations from the pricing model.

  • Create strong relationships with the GM of APAC, sales and delivery teams.

  • Work closely with pricing analytics and wider pricing commercial teams, to ensure unit economics allocation is accurate and reflected in the pricing models accordingly for the APAC region.

  • Own commercial modelling and discussions for new, and existing, key accounts to ensure that we are pricing sustainably.

  • Create pricing controls to ensure contracts shared are within our governance framework.

  • Support Commercial discussions with Sales teams, to ensure we’re pricing within our pricing framework.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

  • Experience working in Finance and with a large demanding Sales team, that require support on modelling complex deals to understanding the relationship between cost and price.
  • Building commercial models and self serving tools for sales, to help get to a price and measure the impact of that price.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, proven in a fast pace environment.

  • Experience building visualisation dashboards. We use Looker and Superset

  • B2B Commercial experience

  • Instead of waiting for a task you can propose a problem statement, model, approach, solution

  • You can work with minimal direction beforehand and are strong in structuring your approach towards problem resolution

  • Technical and commercial savviness, understanding the mechanics of what makes a business grow

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Worked in a startup environment previously, within Fintech or cross-border payments

  • Experience using SQL

  • Prior experience working in or with pricing teams
