and Engineering centre serving major customers worldwide in Digital
Identity and Security domains spanning from Mobile Connectivity, IoT,
Automotive, Banking to Government products and solutions.
As an Engineering Quality Leader, you will ensure the implementation of
processes, practices and specific tools, to make sure quality on product
development is in line with the Mobile Connectivity and Solution Business
Line tailored processes as well as the technical requirements and
international regulations (ISO, ASPICE, etc.) for the embedded projects.
Responsibilities:
- Help track compliance with Quality Assurance requirements
- Assist in preparing Quality Plans for development projects
- Support quality testing activities including observation of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)
- Help monitor and document anomalies and non-conformities
- Learn about certification standards (ISO 9001, ASPICE) by supporting preparation activities
- Assist in compiling information for Certificates of Conformity
- Help prepare for and document internal audits
- Assist in collecting and tracking KPIs for Engineering Teams
- Support documentation of Postmortem sessions and track improvement actions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Engineering or technical disciplines
- Interest in Quality Assurance and process improvement
- Basic understanding of development lifecycles and testing
- Familiarity with quality concepts and standards is a plus but not required
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Basic knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn platforms like Jira and Confluence
