Project Background:
1) To assist PM Lead chocolate to carry out chocolate improvement/return to basic condition based on IL6S working principle.
2) To assist PM Lead to carry out chocolate Productivity Project as part of process improvement:
Expected Key Learnings:
1. Understanding technical knowledge on how food industry operates, and technology involve in chocolate production.
2. Understanding IL6S Principle of Mondelez, the importance and its application.
3. Understanding of Kaizen in term of equipment improvement at chocolate Production.
4. Understand of chocolate Production Process and its technical knowledge.
5. Understand Project Management Tool and its application.
6. Develop soft skill by dealing with inter department & vendor.

Project Background:
1) To assist PM Lead chocolate to carry out chocolate improvement/return to basic condition based on IL6S working principle.
- Maintenance standard (Prepare with the drawing and picture of the parts)
- Amend or revise the PM checklist for SAP-PM
- 5S standard
- Create working principle for process equipment
- Create OPL for knowledge transfer PM to AM
- Create Long term PM strategy based on BDA (Preventive Maintenance)
- List all critical safety device and safety device
- List all the spare parts for the equipment to register in PEGA system
2) To assist PM Lead to carry out chocolate Productivity Project as part of process improvement:
- Feasibility study for new Oven and extruding machine
- Implementation of IL6S
