Primarily responsible for driving effective Corrective Action plan for Quality Department

  • Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction 

  • Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers 

  • Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues 

  • SPC trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/ management as necessary 

  • Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports 

  • Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external 

  • Support Quality Improvement projects  

  • Support PPAP submission 

  • Support Q-Plan development and planning 

  • Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audit)
