Kickstart your engineering career with GlobalFoundries! As a Process Integration & Yield Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of solving real-world challenges in semiconductor manufacturing. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career engineers eager to make an impact. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues, contribute to continuous improvement, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. Your work will help deliver breakthrough technologies that power tomorrow’s innovations.

Your Job:

  • Lead and support projects that drive process integration and yield improvements—your ideas matter from day one!

  • Tackle complex technical challenges, analyze data, and develop creative solutions alongside experienced mentors to rapidly determine yield limiters, correlation to in-line defectivity and metrology, and electrical parametric signals

  • Manage new product introduction and refine processes to meet diverse customer needs, contributing directly to product success.

  • Take charge of monitoring electrical performance, swiftly resolving production holds and fab issues, investigating scrap events, and providing impactful analysis with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support manufacturing excellence.

  • Ensure robust documentation and proactive risk management for all processes.

  • Engage in diverse projects and assignments, broadening your skills and network.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in semiconductor process integration, yield improvement, or related areas

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, SPC and project management concepts

  • Masters in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline

  • Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning

  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Effective communication and willingness to work in cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)
