Equipment Ownership & Reliability• Own assigned AMHS equipment and subsystems (e.g., OHT, Stocker, Sorter, Buffer, STB) with end-to-end accountability for health and reliability Ensure equipment availability, performance stability, and lifecycle sustainability• Define and maintain equipment standards, configurations, and technical baselines
Maintenance Execution• Plan, execute, and improve preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for chronic or high-impact issues• Drive corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve robustness
Operational Support• Support 24/7 fab operations by responding to equipment abnormalities and escalations• Minimize production impact through fast recovery, risk assessment, and effective coordination• Support equipment readiness during SIPP, module split, construction, and change activities
Continuous Improvement• Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP), TPM, and 6S related to owned• Identify opportunities to improve uptime, maintenance efficiency, safety, and cost• Track and improve equipment-level KPIs (availability, failure rate, response time, PM quality)
Technical Leadership & Documentation• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, PM plans, and troubleshooting guides• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to maintenance and shift teams• Support skill development and technical certification for equipment ownership
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration• Collaborate with Operations, IE, Engineering, IT, EHS, and vendors on equipment issues• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, qualifications, and new capability introductions• Manage vendor technical support, maintenance quality, and improvement actions
Safety & Compliance• Ensure full compliance with EHS, fab safety rules, and zero-tolerance safety requirements• Identify equipment-related safety risks and drive mitigation actions• Support audits, inspections, and emergency response related to owned equipment
