Your Job

The person in this role will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization and support of enhancements and deficiency corrections, and will contribute to continuous technical improvement activities and roadmap of functionality and features. You will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated, high-quality data integration and business intelligence solutions that address analysis needs of engineers up to executive management in a modern semiconductor company.

  • Develop business intelligence reports for manufacturing and business teams

  • Leverage massive data sets for modeling, recommendations, and insight generation

  • Mine large data sets to help engineers and business users gather insights and make data-driven decisions

  • Develop data models for efficient query and BI tool performance

  • Work directly with project stakeholders and collect business requirements

  • Work on cross functional global teams to execute on large scale global BI projects

  • Maintain and support existing BI infrastructure in a highly complex and fast paced environment

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field from an accredited degree program.

  • Proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Desire to bring data-driven decision-making and analytics to improve our products

  • Experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.

  • Experience in SQL

  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts such as star schema and normalization
