Emergency Response Team (ERT) Professionalは, 製造拠点における緊急事態に迅速かつ安全に対応し, 社員• 環境• 資産• プロセスへの影響を最小化する重要な役割を担います。緊急医療対応, 化学物質関連事象, 火災警報など, 予測困難な事象に備え, 確実な対応を実施します。また, 緊急対応以外にも, サイト内の日常安全点検や設備維持, EHS関連業務を通じて, サイト全体の安全文化を強化します。
役割と職責

• 緊急事態への対応および危険の緩和
• 緊急医療対応および救急援助
• 事象後の復旧作業のサポート
• 報告された安全上の懸念事項の調査
• サイト内の日常安全点検とレポート作成
• 作業許可申請の確認• 対応
• エリアまたは装置の除染作業
• 緊急対応設備の清掃• 点検• 維持管理
• サイト固有の危険, 対応手順, 装置に関する知識習得と維持
• 関連トレーニングへの参加および社員への教育展開
• 事象対応記録のシステム入力
• 救急医療対応時の緊急度• 重症度判断
• 対応後の医学的見地に基づく事後検証
• 各種ERTトレーニングのリード
• 救急医学的見地を要する助言の提供

応募資格（必須条件）

• 救急救命士資格
• 緊急対応に関する知識
• チームでの協働力, 冷静な判断力, コミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件

• 製造業または半導体業界でのEHS関連経験
• 化学物質管理や消防設備に関する知識
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（読み書き• 会話）
• トレーニング企画• 実施の経験
• 救急医療に関する高度な専門知識
