The Team:

The OEMS Product Support Organization provides client facing support to assist clients with the Enfusion OEMS module for their daily trading operations. The OEMS Product Support Organization consists of three verticals – Product Specialists, FIX Operations, and Trade Compliance.


The Role:

The OEMS, Product Specialist acts as a liaison between our client-facing teams and internal development and product teams. The purpose of this role is to perform tier II technical electronic trading support for Enfusion’s OEMS (Order and Execution Management System). This will require knowing how to diagnose, judge the criticality, and establish the scope of the issue in real-time. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Deploy and provide OEMS level II support across trader workflows, FIX connectivity, allocations and order sizing, pre-trade compliance and more for industry leading investment management platform 
  • Work with the technology and OEMS product teams to streamline processes and communication with groups in the support side of the organization
  • Investigate issues and escalate to the OEMS development team as needed
  • Learn how the technology behind the system works and complete OEMS level I and II certification programs 
  • Assess patterns in support tickets, requests and alerts helping increase efficiencies of training and support 
  • Identify and implement areas lacking automation 
  • Work with development to forecast severity of issues and throughput for fixing issues across teams
  • Maintain awareness of issue status after handing off to other teams
  • Provide specialized support to enterprise clients


What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of related experience (Electronic Trading background preferred) in a full-time or internship position
  • Bachelors Degree - Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • Exposure and experience to investment industry (buy-side preferred)
  • Basic familiarity of Java and JavaScript
  • General knowledge of trader workflows, FIX connectivity, allocations and order sizing, pre-trade compliance
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and UNIX a plus
  • Jira/Zendesk/Logs experience
  • Good communication, both verbally and written
