Job Description:

Summary

Ensure compliance with local Health & Safety regulations & global guideline as a EHS engineer of the company. This position is required to have knowledge of EHS regulations and be able to cooperate with Country Governance Leader and function leaders.

Responsibility for Taiwan non-mfg site EHS support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and supervise the labor safety and health management of various departments.

2. Formulate occupational accident prevention plans and guide relevant departments to handle and implement occupational accident statistics.

3. Supervise the inspection and inspection of facilities, equipment, and operations, and keep records.

4.All the work related to patrol, inspection of dangerous machinery and equipment, key inspection and determination of working environment.

5. Draw up and plan the labor safety and health education and training plan and implement it.

6 .Planning labor health examination and implementation of health management.

7. Establishment of labor safety and health management organization, establishment and filing of labor safety and health management personnel.

8. Other matters related to labor safety and health management.

9. Responsibility for Taiwan non-mfg site EHS support.

10. Get the related certificate like safety officer, chemical operation and solvent operation officer.

Qualification Requirement:

· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar EHS role.

· Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.

· Computer skills.

· English skills to speaking and writing
